Late Cancellation & No Show Policy

We understand situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. In such situations, we respectfully request you provide more than 24 hours notice to us. This will allow us enough time to fill the time slot with another customer

When cancellations are received less than 24 hours notice, the appointment slot generally will not be filled by another paying customer. Your time is valuable and ours is too.

Please note that, effective immediately, there will be a $25 fee assessed for any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice and for all no shows
